NCP’s settlement services are open to all Canadian citizens, landed immigrants, live-in caregivers, convention refugees, and refugee claimants. Our Settlement Counsellors, provide advice and referrals with regards to obtaining services to assist in settling in Canada. Confidentiality is of utmost importance, creating a safe environment and trusting relationships with staff members. When meeting our Settlement Counsellors, you can be sure that you will receive professional and courteous service every time.
Refugee Resettlement Services
Newcomer Centre of Peel is a Sponsorship Agreement Holder.
A Sponsorship Agreement Holder (SAH) is an organization that has signed a Sponsorship Agreement with the Government of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This agreement allows the SAH to resettle refugees through the Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) program.
